PCRF node:

The multi-protocol and multi-technology policy rules engine in real time, for prepaid and postpaid services.

Firewatch element: Policy & Charging Control.
Guarantees use of the services contracted by customers (QoS, priorities, bandwidth etc.) according to the specified conditions (price, schedule…).
