JSC Ingenium, a global core & BSS provider for Communication Service Providers, has announced the appointment of Éamonn Cahill as its new Director of Support, reinforcing the company’s operational structure and its commitment to service excellence at a global level.

Extensive International Experience

Éamonn brings extensive international experience in operational management, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Before joining JSC Ingenium, he held senior positions in global organizations, including IBM, Software AG, SAP and Compaq Computer, where he served as Support and Customer Success Manager, gaining valuable expertise in complex technological and regulated environments.

In his new role, Éamonn will lead JSC Ingenium’s technical support and customer service operations, with the goal of strengthening the experience of operators and partners through agile, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
