5G SA FWA in Mexico: JSC Ingenium drives profitability for Proximity Operators at Conecta Mexico 2026

The telecommunications market in Mexico is at a turning point. As the number of proximity operators is expected to grow exponentially, the need for technological solutions that can guarantee autonomy and financial viability is greater than ever.

- Eliminating the “Integration Tax”: By integrating Core + BSS + Charging into a single platform, we eliminate the complexity of managing multiple vendors. This reduces launch times to just 4 to 6 months.
- Technological Sovereignty: We provide proprietary technology that allows Mexican operators to break free from dependency on foreign vendors and their rigid investment models.
From Capex to OpEx: A Business Model for Growth
A key pillar of the presentation will be the transformation of the financial model. At JSC Ingenium, we understand that massive initial investment is the biggest barrier for proximity operators. To address this, we promote pay-per-subscriber models and NaaS (Network as a Service) schemes that align operating costs directly with actual business revenue.
